• One-Time Projects: These are defined by a specific, fixed scope (e.g., account setup, a single ad campaign, or a set number of posts). Payment is typically due as a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due upon completion.

• Monthly Retainers: These provide ongoing strategy and management for a fixed monthly fee.

  • Billing: Fees are billed in advance on the 1st of each month.

  • Scope: Hours or deliverables do not "roll over" to the next month unless specifically agreed in writing.

  • Termination: Retainers require 30 days' written notice to cancel.

 

3. Privacy & Data Handling

 

Your privacy is critical. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data.

• Data Collection: We collect information you provide (e.g., via contact forms) and technical data (e.g., cookies) to improve our services.

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific growth metrics (followers, sales) due to unpredictable social media algorithms.

• Platform Issues: We are not responsible for account suspensions, hacking, or platform outages caused by third parties (e.g., Meta, TikTok, X).

• Informational Purpose: Website content is for general information and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

 

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan. Any disputes will be settled in Oakland County.
