1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all visitors, including individuals and business entities.
2. Service Models & Payment
We offer services through two primary structures. Specific deliverables for either model will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
-
One-Time Projects: These are defined by a specific, fixed scope (e.g., account setup, a single ad campaign, or a set number of posts). Payment is typically due as a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due upon completion.
-
Monthly Retainers: These provide ongoing strategy and management for a fixed monthly fee.
-
Billing: Fees are billed in advance on the 1st of each month.
-
Scope: Hours or deliverables do not "roll over" to the next month unless specifically agreed in writing.
-
Termination: Retainers require 30 days' written notice to cancel.
-
